These aren’t testimonials from named customers. They’re the product goals people respond to when they understand the model:
- Homeowners posting without fees or pressure
- Contractors bidding without buying leads
- Clear status on jobs instead of a black box
- Public Q&A that helps, with names kept out of the spam lane
- A private chat after accept so the handshake can finish offline
