• You pick who to hire after you see prices and talk it through.
• Job cards show clear status so you know where things stand.

For contractors

• See jobs in your map / area radius without buying a lead first.
• Bid without buying leads. During beta it’s free; after beta the plan is a flat monthly fee — not per-lead charges.
• Unlike lead-selling sites, you aren’t paying for the same homeowner contact that five other companies also bought.
• Unlimited bids and chats are part of the fairness pitch (see How It Works on the homepage).

Public Q&A without the spam

Contractors can ask questions on a job so everyone understands the work. Names stay hidden in that public thread (“Contractor”), so helpful answers aren’t drowned by sales pitches.

Accept opens private chat — not a lead auction

When a homeowner accepts a bid, that opens a private chat with that contractor. Contact and meeting details can be exchanged there. The platform doesn’t sell the lead after the fact; the handshake is between the two of you.

Transparent status

Job cards show status (open, hired, canceled, and similar) so both sides can see what’s going on without guessing.
